After receiving your booking forms, we will send you the booking confirmation and invoice whereupon a deposit of 50% is due, the balance payment 90 days prior departure. If you pay from outside the EURO-zone, paying by credit card might be the cheapest option. But still we have to charge a non-refundable credit card fee of 2.5%.We recommend a travel health insurance. For further details, please refer to Terms and Conditions Security certificate for package tours in accordance with Section 651r of the German Civil Code and translation The cruise price includes accommodation on board in the booked category, sea transport, full board, water, tea, coffee, harbour dues and costs for the nautical crew. The price does not include: transfers, expenses for personal needs, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages as well as tips.You will receive the passage ticket with all important information about the sailing trip approx. 3 weeks before departure. In the case of cancellation by the contracting party, the tour operator is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees to the contracting party:- Up to 90 days before departure: 25%- 89 to 65 days before departure: 55%- From 64 days before departure 100% of the travel price
