ARANUI 5 Booking To book your journey with the ARANUI 5 of the shipping company Compagnie Polynesienne de Transport Maritime, please send back the following documents (see the links for the pdf-files) filled-out and signed by email: Booking Form Passenger Information Form Passport: send us a copy of your passport valid at least six months counting from voyage commencement. Medical Questionnaire After receiving your booking forms, we will send you the booking confirmation and invoice whereupon a deposit of 25% is due. The balance is payable until 3 months prior departure. If you pay from outside the EURO-zone, paying by credit card might be the cheapest option. But still we have to charge a non-refundable credit card fee of 2.5%. Embarkation info Security certificate for package tours in accordance with Section 651r of the German Civil Code and translation Without these documents the shipping company will not be able to issue the travel documents. Please take those required documents with you on board. You will recieve your travel documents about 10 days prior departure. The Check-in/ embarkation on departure day is from 07:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m., departure at 12:00 p.m.Disembarkation on arrival day in Tahiti is from 07:00 - 08:00 a.m. after breakfast. Cancellation policy for all cruises:Any cancellation after the official confirmation of a cabin will be subject to an administrative fee of 130€ per person. Non-refundable or non-commissionable.If cancelled 90 to 61 days prior to scheduled departure: the initial deposit of 25% of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.If cancelled 60 to 45 days prior to departure: one third (1/3) of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.If cancelled 44 to 30 days prior to scheduled departure: two thirds (2/3) of the cost of the full fare of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.If cancelled less than 30 days or no-show: the full fare (100%) of the voyage, including charges, will be retained.
