To book your journey to Pitcairn with the MV SILVER SUPPORTER, please send us the following information by email: Your full name and invoice addressPassport: send us a copy of your passport valid at least six months counting from voyage commencement.Please pick your accommodation on Pitcairn, with two possible alternatives if your favourite is not available, and please let us know. After receiving your booking forms, we will send you the booking confirmation and invoice whereupon a deposit of 25% is due. The balance is payable until 3 months prior departure. If you pay from outside the EURO-zone, paying by credit card might be the cheapest option. But still we have to charge a non-refundable credit card fee of 2.5%. These Documents are required not later than 3 months prior departure: Confirmation of travel/health insurance (including medical evacuation insurance, which is compulsory for travel to Pitcairn).Contact details of your accommodation before embarkation and telephone number where you can be reached, this is very important!Copy of the flight confirmation from Air Tahiti.Contact details of your next of kin/ emergency contact. For embarkation just your passport and ticket is required. Without these documents the shipping company will not be able to issue the travel documents.
